Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Gustatory sensation is based on chemical signals whereas the visual sensation and auditory sensation are based on physical signals. Therefore there are few studies on gustatory display. In our research, we aim at the realization of gustatory display and propose the method to present tastes by using the influence that visual feedback gives to gustatory sensation. By this report, we report about two fundamental experiments to evaluate the influence that the color of the drink gives to recognition of the taste.
