Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the field of life log system to record personal experience, the characteristics of sensor data have to be considered for the evaluation of retrieval. To evaluate our system which records personal photos with scent data and extracts feature points based on scent data, a novel method is needed with consideration of characteristic of scent data like time lag of spread in the air. In this paper, we evaluate our system by demanding correlation between sensor response and user response based on the results of preliminary experiment which records human response of scent. The result shows that our system is effective than uniform distribution or same value to retrieve the change of scent.
