Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In MANETs (Mobile Ad-hoc Networks), distributed key managements are effective because of the infrastructureless feature. This paper presents a new distributed key management scheme which eliminates any uses of TTP (Trusted Third Party) and considers the effect of leaving nodes with partial key generation function used to construct private keys for MANETs. To eliminate TTPs, our scheme set up the key generation function by sending partial initialization parameters from several nodes during the initialization phase. In addition, for considering leaving nodes, we propose the delegation of key generation function between nodes by using ID revocation list. It is shown by the computer simulation that our scheme can increase key generation success rates by keeping enough key generation nodes in a MANET.
