Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In constructing global copyright laws, the incentive theory is indispensable. That in the idea to give some incentive for recycling copyright products and all authors to create new copyright products through Copyright Law. In Japan, Copyright Law has strong author's right and Copyright is thought like a real right. Moreover, copyright laws in general are designed to protect the value of information. In fact, we don't have any ways to protect the value of information in Law. Based on this assumption, I will create a new model for copyright law analysis based on the view of informatics, taking into consideration past Japanese copyright models.
