Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) To further increase spectral efficiency in mobile communication systems, we have been studying on ECO-OFDM (Enhanced COoperative-OFDM), which coordinates resource allocation such as transmit power, antennas and frequency among multiple cells. As one of the techniques in this system, we proposed the multi-cell coordinated transmit power control, which limits communication of some users and guarantees completely QoS for the remaining users. In the next generation mobile communication systems based on packet communication, it is necessary to offer transmission according to various QoS for mobile terminals. In this paper, we propose a novel multi-cell coordinated transmit power control in order to satisfy various QoS of terminals and clarify its application effects.
