Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) To investigate the effect of beam-forming technology at 60GHz band millimeter-wave indoor communications, the double directional propagation channel was measured in an office environment. The delay spread becomes less than several ns by using beam-forming antenna. Thus it is proven that a high-speed gigabit communication is possible even by the single career modulation method without equalizer. Since some communication channels were kept by strong reflection waves, the shadowing disconnection can be avoid by changing beam-direction.
