Abstract(in English) Band-limited spectrum-division single carrier transmission proposed for dynamic spectrum access, which divides the single carrier modulation spectrum into a few "subspectra" by using band-limiting filters and allocates them for fragmented vacant spectra, is evaluated by computer simulations. In the case of Gaussian filter or roll-off filter with high roll-off factor, PAPR (peak to average power ratio) can be reduced more than multi-carrier transmission case though the demodulation performance is degraded. On the other hand, in the case of roll-off filter with fixed cut-off characteristics, the demodulation performance is not degraded, OBLR (out of band leakage ratio) also shows good performance, and PAPR is suppressed about 1-dB increase more than the former filter cases.
