Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) LTE-Advanced (LTE-A) is to be standardized in 3GPP (3rd Generation Partnership Project) as a candidate for 4th generation mobile communication system. In LTE-A, relay is one of promising tecnologies in order to increase cell coverage and cell throughput. However, there is an issue that interferences from relay node (RN) to other nodes also increase if the number of RN increases except for the subframes where RN doesn't transmit any signals for receiving the backhaul data from eNB. In this report, we compare two interference coordination schemes, i.e., eNB assigns the same subframes as backhaul for all the RNs or eNB assigns different subframes for different RNs. And system level simulation results show the performance of both coordination shcemes.
