Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we introduce a resonate-and-fire type spiking neuron and analyze the responce to the periodic spike inputs using return maps. Then, we consider the learning method using the resonance frequency. We make some spiking neurons a self-organizing pulse-coupled network and compare the result with that of one dimensional Kohonen network.
