| 抄録(和) | 音声認識システムは1990年代以降、著しい性能向上を達成してきたといえるが、その基本的枠組みは学習用データの大量収集や言語モデル更新などに代表される環境条件への適応化であり、負担の重い処理を必要とする方式である。一方、多くの音声アプリケーションを想定すると大規模な投資が見合うものは少ない、ないしはリスクが高い。より負担の軽い音声認識システムの構築方式がインターネット応用においてはニーズが高いと見込まれる。本稿では、こうした視点から音声認識システムの構築について考察する。 |
| 抄録(英) | Since 1990's, automatic speech recognition (ASR) systems have been rapidly improved in their recognition performance. The basic framework realizing this improvement is strongly based on the construction of large scale corpora and system adaptation to environments. In other words, these ASR systems need to employ heavy load for the construction. However, current marketable demand for ASR systems seems not to be so large, so that techniques which construct ASR applications with more light cost will be required, especially for recent internet environment applications. From this point of view, the paper discusses the ASR systems construction framework. |
