| 抄録(和) | 近年,医療分野では標準化への積極的な取り組みが見られる.医療情報の相互接続性確保を目的としたデータ交換標準規格が整えられてきており,そのような標準規格の中に医療の分野で広く用いられている国際規格HL7(Health Level Seven)がある.HL7は主に米国で使用される医療情報交換のための標準規約で,日本においても大学病院のシステム化や,各種の標準化活動において本標準が採用されている.施設間,システム間での臨床情報や管理情報を扱うデータ交換規約であり,HL7を利用することで,医療施設内での自由で効率的なデータ交換が可能である。特に波形データを扱う場合は,医療波形に特化した規約である,MFER(Medical waveform Format Encoding Rule)を利用した.本研究グループの開発した携帯電話を用いた従来の遠隔医療モニタリングシステムは,特定のセントラルモニタでしか使用できなかった.本研究では,モニタリングシステムの生体情報収集にHL7を用いることにより,システムの汎用性の向上を図る. |
| 抄録(英) | In late years medical information is pushed forward by progress of the IT technology. With progress of the information and communication technology and increase of the social needs, a diagnosis in the remoteness and the use of medical care/the health increase support system are increasing. A positive action to the telemedicine I examine computerization of the medical information, illness in the medical industry, and to plan cooperation is done. I developed the remote monitoring system which read living body information to have of the machinery from existing medical equipment as for the thing of such a background at the terminal of the distant place in this study group. I used a mobile telephone for a terminal to use in a distant place. I aimed at the expensive system of the versatility and developed it, and prototype of monitoring system was completed. It is confirmed that I work on some mobile telephones now. in this paper, As improvement of the versatility of the monitoring system which I developed, I treated a medical normal agreement for the exchanges of the information from medical equipment and developed it now I stopped, and to be able to cope with much medical equipment. I used HL7 which was an international standard for medical information exchange this paper. I used in MFER which was an agreement to use a medical service wave pattern mutually when I treated a medical service wave pattern. |
