| 抄録(和) | 術前に撮影された複数枚のCT画像(3DCT画像)から,大動脈の抽出と径の計測を自動的に行う手法を検討したので報告する.大動脈は背骨に沿う形で配置しているため,比較的抽出しやすい背骨を除去した後,大動脈の抽出を行う.但し,大動脈は背骨だけではなく肋骨などとも重なるため,3DCT画像の各スライス画像間における補間と円形度処理を施すことで大動脈の抽出を行った.一方,大動脈径の計測においては,スライス画像上だけでは正確な径を測定できないため,スライス画像間における大動脈の傾きを考慮することで径の計測を行った.計測の結果,ほぼ正確な大動脈が抽出されていることを確認した. |
| 抄録(英) | This paper describes an automatic aorta extraction and radius measurement based on multiple 3D CT images, which are previously taken before the surgery. An aorta is displaced along the spine so that it is easy to extract the aorta after removal of the spine, which can be extracted easier than the aorta. In addition, the aorta overlaps with other parts such as the ribs on the 3D CT images. In this case, the interpolation between the images and circularity method are used for the extraction. On the other hand, it is not enough to use only one CT image for the measurement of the radius. Therefore, the radius of the aorta should be measured by considering the bent of the aorta between 3D CT images. As the result of the measurement, we have confirmed that the measured radius is correct. |
