Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose and evaluate scheduling algorithms in order to fairly assign network resources to users in Layer-1 Bandwith-on-Demand (Layer-1 BoD) service of Internet. To maximize the fairness of users and network throughput, we apply GA, LS, GR searches to the scheduling algorithms. From these simulations, GA and LS achieve both high throughput users' fairness.
