Abstract(in English) | The development of coastal acoustic tomography is carried out as a long term measurement technique to get shallow water information. Since the sound is propagated with reflection at sea bed and sea surface, it is important to estimate the characteristics of the coastal water. In this report, we investigated acoustic characteristics using data of a reciprocal acoustic transmission experiment in Uchiura Bay. Direct ray were used to estimate amplitude and phase variation. We observed temporal fluctuation of sound propagation in complex plane. We observed that an amplitude and phase fluctuation happened with a rapid change of travel time. Using Rice distribution, we can estimate the ratio of incoherent component quantitatively. |
