Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have fabricated and evaluated MgB_2 Josephson junctions with amorphous semiconductor barriers. We have used amorphous boron and amorphous silicon as barrier layers. Each trilayer has been formed on sapphire-C substrates by a co-evaporation method. In the both kinds of junctions, Josephson current and quasiparticle feature were observed. In the junctions with boron barriers, critical current density J_c reached a maximum of 450A/cm^2. In the junction with 10-nm-thick barrier whose characteristics is relatively uniform, J_c was 15A/cm^2 and I_cR_n was 0.13mV. Meanwhile, in the junctions with silicon barriers, J_c was 0.9A/cm^2 and I_cR_n was 0.08mV with the 5-nm-thick barrier. Furthermore, quasiparticle feature was clearly observed compared with the junctions with boron barrier.
