Abstract(in English) | We have investigated the influence of capacitive coupling on the current-voltage characteristics (IVCs) of intrinsic Josephson junctions. The IVCs of the fabricated samples showed multi-branch structures with different transition currents. It was observed at higher temperature region that the hysteresis becomes smaller than that expected for a conventional single junction. These results can be explained by the capacitively coupled Josephson junctions. |
