Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In mid-sized and big companies, it is difficult to share employee's knowledge across departments. This paper presents a mutual assistance system to alleviate employee's unwillingness to share their knowledge with a temporary small-group web communication place for a consultation. The system restricts disclosure of consultation data to limited experts and disallows anonymous access to the data. We developed a prototype system, conducted a experiment in our laboratory and surveyed the users about their unwillingness. The survey said that their unwillingness to consult were alleviated in 45.8 percent and their unwillingness to response to a consultation were alleviated in 33.3 percent. The result shows that it is important to restrict disclosure of consultation data in employee's knowledge sharing.
