| Abstract(in English) | The system development with adopting open source software has recently been on the marked increase in a lot of companies, on grounds of its advantages of efficiency, the low cost, etc. However, various licenses exist in open source software, the licensing violation has the risks of the lawsuits or the lowering reputations, and actually such cases are reported. It is essential to give heed that not only consumer products such as router and operation monitor agent, but the Cloud Computing - SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, in development with adopting open source software. In this text, it proposes the most effective measures based on the transaction and the result to the violation of the license that our company actually did. |
