Abstract(in English) | Service providers need to install various equipments for putting the new services into practice, and need to install the EMS that manages the equipment, too. The OSS architecture in the career becomes complex, and maintenance functions for provider runs short, and operators needs to master their operations. This paper propose that the providers develop the common EMS instead of equipment vendors, and show the requirements for element management technologies. |
