Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We propose a 3D analytical placement based on Stable-LSE in order to minimize the total wire-length and the overlap volumes. In the method, we relax the layer assignment into the continuous problem and formalize the overlap constraints into the penalty terms in the object function. The utilization of Stable-LSE leads to widen the solution space in which the previous methods could not consider. We implement the proposed method and confirm that the better placements are obtained.
