Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this correspondence, a method of obtaining maximum length period sequences obtained from nonlinear feedback shift registers (NFSR), which is known as De Bruijn sequences, is proposed. The proposed method produces γ-ary De Bruijn sequences by means of combining several short sequences generated from p-value shift registers and linear feedback functions, where γ is an integer greater than or equal to two and p is a prime number. The number of obtainable De Bruijn sequences by using the proposed method is also obtained.
