Abstract(in English) | These days, flow measurement technologies, such as NetFlow and sFlow, are widely used in any networks. IPFIX and PSAMP, flow- and packet-based passive measurement methods, respectively, have been developed in IETF to expand the existing applicability covered by NetFlow and sFlow. These technologies can cover the QoS monitoring and the usage of accounting as well as traffic engineering. And, time-sensitive streaming traffic, such as IPTV and VoIP, has been increasing in IP backbone networks. Thus, network operators have been exploring how to make passive measurements of QoS monitoring more easily. On the other hand, the recent continued IP traffic growth has been overwhelming the system capacity. To cope with these issues, I focus on the correlation between traffic data and its configuration using Flow mediation. The report illustrates the architecture for multipurpose traffic measurement system, and demonstrates its proto type system. |
