Abstract(in English) | The growths of information communication technologies have drastically reduced the cost required for information senders. However, as a result, information receivers have needed to filter out unnecessary information and to extract important information from enormous amount of information they receive every day. One solution for this problem is a preference-based information distribution. However, this approach still requires significant cost to obtain and manage preferences of the receivers and to categorize information appropriately. In this paper, we focus on the Word-of-Mouth (WoM) information distribution, in which peoples send and receive information in a hop-by-hop manner along their social relationships. This could allow us to desirably send the information only to people who need because a content is transferred and received by only people who are interested in it. Furthermore, information exchange through social relationship could increase the reliability and the attractiveness of exchanged information. Furthermore, to effectively motivate people to spread the information, we introduce incentive rewarding. An experiment under real-life condition shows the effectiveness of incentive rewarding on the WoM information distribution. |
