Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) There are more than 600 recall cases per year for medicines, medical equipments, cosmetics, quasi drugs. In order to distinguish the degree of risk of the cases, some classification is proposed and performed, though the cases are practically classified in the wrong way. We analyze the data of recall cases to clarify the current situation and to propose the ideal clasiffication.
