Abstract(in English) An extended operating temperature range of 125℃ (-25 to 100℃), was demonstrated at 10-Gb/s for a 1.55-μm InGaAlAs uncooled EA modulator integrated DFB laser. An 80-km SMF transmission with a power penalty of below 2dB and a dynamic extinction ratio of over 9dB was achieved at all operating temperature.
