Abstract(in English) In this report, we deal with a video file sharing system that performs streaming transmission of video stored in consumer's iSCSI storage. Multiple TCP connections are used for data transfer from the iSCSI storage to a media server. We control the number of TCP connections dynamically according to the transfer rate. By experiment, we investigate the effectiveness of our control.
