Abstract(in English) | A major problem of multi-camera systems is the color calibration. Even identical cameras, which have same optical properties and are working under the same lighting conditions, may not match in their color responses. We have proposed color calibration method with color space transformation. In this method, if we chose the optimal color space, color calibration can be realized by the histogram matching for each component. However, we need a test color pattern for deriving the conversion function for color calibration. This paper presents that the conversion function for color calibration is derived independent of test color patterns and lighting conditions. This means that the proposed method is practical. |
