Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | Array CGH is a useful technology for exhaustively detecting the copy number aberration of the entire genome. In this paper, we are concerned with the problem of identifying aberration regions that has different copy number alteration properties between two samples. We propose to use nearest neighbor multivariate test for this purpose. We discuss the advantage of this approach and demonstrate the effectiveness through an application to previously published malignant array CGH data set on 75 patients. |
