Abstract(in English)	I pay attentions to high possession rate and portability of our university students. Therefore, we develop a mobile learning system that provided an environment of preparations and review for e-Learning in the class easily. I perform comparison between Web based learning system which added an SNS (Social Networking Service)-like characteristic to learning and portable devices base learning system. As a result, for students that motivation for learning was not high, it was shown that the e-Learning was hardly got effects. On the other hand, a learning environment using the portable device was able to confirm that an effect appeared by through the active utilization of it.
