Abstract(in English) Learning opportunities have increased for the spread of the e-Learning and the mobile-Learning. However some Japanese university students are not forward to enough to study utilizing these learning environment. There is considerable discussion about the need for somehow break through this real situation. In this research, we focused attention on portable devices caring those students anytime and anywhere. We have been developed a electronic flash card that run portable devices in recent years. This flash card system uses not only test data but also image, sound and 3D object data. Now we are improving on a function of it. The student will operate a front of a card, back of it will be changed by the result of this front operating. In this paper, we propose this new electronic flash card.
