Abstract(in English) In this paper, in order to show the transparent operation of OPS systems, we introduce differential phase shift keying (DPSK) to DWDM-based optical packets and demonstrate error-free (bit-error-rate<10^<-9>) optical packet switching operation for a DWDM/NRZ-DPSK optical packet, whose payload-data-rate is 640Gbit/s (64-wavelength x 10Gbit/s). In addition, the higher tolerance of DPSK format for packet power fluctuation compared with On-Off keying one is verified.
