| Abstract(in English) | Google started the service of "Google Street View" (hereafter, GSV) in 2007. GSV is introduced, and the scenery of all the points is open to the public along with map. However, it is put in question because it is assumed that taking a picture in the residential quarter especially becomes help of violations of privacy and the dwelling invasion and the violation of the right to refuse to be photographed etc. First of all, various problems that GSV causes are arranged in this text. Next, the privacy problem said causing by the GSV introduction is arranged. When the application that conceived a similar problem such as Sekai Camera is introduced, privacy on the side taken a picture of considers whether it is necessary to be defended. |
