| Abstract(in English) | In an improvised bodily expression, it is important to create the image inside the self. In this study, bodily expression was intended to be extracted by the free deformation of own shadow. This requires that the feeling in gap generated between your own body and unexperienced deformed shadow creates the bodily awareness, and the image is established inside the body via the bodily awareness. For achieving this task, shadow media system was developed with which the artificial deformed shadow was displayed from participant's standing position. Furthermore, by demonstration and experiment with dancers it was indicated that this media system is promising and effective to support bodily expression. |
