Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Optically Reconfigurable Gate Arrays (ORGAs) consist of a gate array VLSI, a holographic memory and a laser array that can achieve rapid reconfiguration by using optical parallel connections This paper shows an optically reconfigurable gate array with a non-volatile holographic memory which can be written optically.
