Abstract(in English) Recently, IT system supports the base of life as the Internet spreads. Therefore, the achievement of the communication that guarantees the service quality from the best effort type is needed. However, needs that do the operation to IDC (Internet Data Center) in outsourcing have risen because the IT system has made to a large scale and has complicated. In this paper, we propose the technique for measuring network available bandwidth as achievement of watch and instrumentation technology in on-demand type resource operation of IDC.
