Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This report concerns a TCP split connection implementation that employs separate TCP connections for a wired section and a wireless section, where transmission errors ocuur in the latter section. From the results by the simulations using ns-2, this report shows that the implementation produces large size forwarding data due to the loss of packets over the wireless section. It also shows that the output traffic from the forwarding node becomes bursty due to the large size of forwarding data.
