| 抄録(和) | 人間の知的集団作業において,他者の顔が見えることの効果を検討した.理論的予測によれば,顔が見えることの効果は集団作業の構造に依存する.具体的には,論理課題(唯一の真を発見する)では顔が見えることは成績に寄与しないが,交渉課題(利害対立のもと1つの結論を下す)では決定に影響をもたらすと考えられる.予測を実証するため,カーテンで互いの視界の有無を操作した3人集団に課題を行わせ予測の検証を行った. |
| 抄録(英) | This research revealed how seeing each other's face affects the performance of intellectual activities in group-oriented tasks. Theoretically, seeing each other's face depends on the category of the group task. On one hand, logical tasks are independent from seeing other's faces because they arise from individual reasoning that leads to find a truth. On the other hand, negotiation tasks, which needs consensus of all the members, are dependent on seeing faces. In the subjective experiment presented in this paper, the face-to-face contact of the participants was controlled using a curtain in a room where they were asked to solve logical and negotiation tasks. |
