Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We propose a remote display operation interface using the see-through touch panel. When an operator points the object on the remote screen through the desktop see-through touch panel, the motion parallax appears between the fingertip and the pointing position on the remote screen. In order to reduce this gap, pointing position on the remote screen is calculated in real-time using operator's eye position and fingertip position on the touch panel. A collaborative designing system based on this interface is also presented. Operators can seamlessly move objects from their desktop to the shared remote screen, and vice versa by slipping fingers on the overlaid touch panels.
