| 抄録(英) | A FSS (Frequency Selective Surface) is composed of metal patches arranged at narrow intervals, and it has the frequency-band-rejection filter or frequency-band-pass filter characteristics. On the other hand, an AMC (Artificial magnetic conductor) is one of artificial materials, and it has PMC (Perfect magnetic conductor) characteristics in a specific frequency band. On the PMC surface, the electromagnetic wave is reflected without phase rotation. In this paper, we describes a design method of an AMC by using square loop slot type FSS which has a band-pass filter characteristics. Based on the calculated results, it is confirmed that an AMC can be designed by using the proposed method. It is also found that thinner AMC can be obtained by designing an AMC at the higher frequency. Furthermore, it is shown that there is the maximum value of the bandwidth where an AMC operates as a PMC. |
