Abstract(in English) We developed a bandpass filter using folded stepped-impedance resonators where center frequency is 1.95GHz with 60MHz bandwidth for WCDMA-FDD uplink band in Japan cellular system. A new even-mode harmonics suppression technique has been proposed in order to accomplish wide harmonics suppressed band having high insertion loss. 3-step Tchebycheff bandpass filters are designed and fabricated. The experimental results on pass band and harmonics suppressed band is satisfied as compared with simulation. The insertion loss of suppressed band greater than 40dB from 2.3 to 9.1GHz and unloaded quality factor is about 320.
