Abstract(in English)	e-Learning is growing as an education technique to support educational curriculum in university education. It is important to share the learning data and functions among e-Learning systems. The emerging paradigm of Web services promises to enable partners to easily use applications via the internet. In this paper, we discuss the method of making learning evaluation tools as a service and the framework of mashing up the services with Web service technology. We also show the mashup which couples 5 different kinds of learning evaluation tools into a system.
