Abstract(in English) | This report reviews the widely used reliability evaluation method, proposes the introduction of EMC (immunity) to reliability evaluation, picks up an operations conditions of the electronics systems from the viewpoint of EMC (EMI) and the relationship between EMC, and the reliability enhancement method and the reliability evaluation test, and finally, proposes the safety keeping for electronics systems' upset due to noises. |
