Abstract(in English) This paper proposes a method of generating know-how encyclopedia as the wisdom of crowds. The method systematizes the knowledge collected by communication synchronized with video scene. We experimented on English language learning as an example. Experimental results show that new know-how by view point of each user can be created by assembling video scenes and comments belong to various video teaching materials, the know-how which each user generate is worth sharing and it becomes easy to understand the know-how by supplementing the vide scene and the comment.
