| 抄録(和) | 形状は物体認識のための重要な特徴の一つである。形状認識技術は様々な応用に適用されてきたが、医療工学の分野でも大変重要性の高い技術であると言える。本論文では、筆者らが既に提案した、画像中の楕円の検出法を、医療画像中の複数の楕円形状の抽出に適用する方法を検討する。筆者らの方法は、楕円の5つの形状パラメータを推定するために、エッジ方向系列の解析と修正RANSACを組み合わせたものである。この手法を実際の医療画像に適用し、有効性の見通しを示す。 |
| 抄録(英) | Shape is one of the most important primitive features of natural objects. As long as shape recognition technology's development, it is applied in wider and wider fields, among which medical imaging is a special area with significant importance. In this paper, we propose a novel processing framework that combines a modified RANSAC with segmenting and reconnectting the spatial connected edge curvelets, in order to achieve robustness s and efficiency. We apply this technology to medical imaging area, more specifically the analysis of erythrocyte, in order to provide assistance with cell recognition and classification. |
