Abstract(in English) In future wireless networks such as IMT-Advanced, distributed cooperative communication has gained much attention to improve communication quality at cell-edge and shadowed region. Well known distributed cooperative communication schemes are cooperative relay, base station cooperation, and femto cell. It is very effective, however, these are discussed independently in proposal, design, analysis, and standardization. In this paper, comprehensive comparison of distributed cooperative communication schemes are given in simple cellular network. Moreover, base station cooperation relay (multi-site relay) which is a combination of cooperative relay and base station cooperation is proposed.
