Abstract(in English) Future mobile terminals will be operated in a wireless environment where various kinds of wireless systems will co-exist and intermingle, and they will be expected to be available for all of those systems. For this purpose, the development of a "reconfigurable" radio frequency (RF) circuit for mobile terminals is expected to achieve operation among different wireless communication standards and spectra because the reconfigurable RF circuit is essential to mobile terminals. As a part of the research on the reconfigurable RF circuit, this paper presents a multi-band power amplifier using MEMS (micro-electro-mechanical-systems) technology as well as tunable resonator and multi-band isolator.
