Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, the transmitting power control which is able to maintain the acceptable interference power level to the primary system is proposed. The proposed scheme is established by the detection method of modulation scheme. In the primary system, the adaptive modulation scheme is used. The modulations scheme selected by the primary system is detected by the secondary system. As a result, the rough position of the receiver of primary system can be specified. The secondary user can estimate the interference power to the receiver of primary system and thus the amount of transmitted power can be set as the interference power is as large as or smaller than the acceptable interference power level. In addition, for reducing the incident that the significant interference to the primary system occurs, the transmitted power margin and the accuracy margin of the area specifying are considered. From the computer simulation, the proposed system can enlarge the power of the transmitted signal as the occurrence probability which the interference power is larger than the acceptable level is smaller than 10%.
