Abstract(in English) This paper introduces a design concept of the dynamic spectrum access (DSA) system for efficient spectrum sharing in ISM bands such as 2.4GHz band. Then, it proposes a DSA system which consists of a multiple access method based on CSMA/CA and FTDMA, a frequency channel planning, a structure of common control channel, an autonomous and distributed scheme of dynamic frequency selection, an data transmission scheme, and a frame format to indicate selected chennels for data transmission.
