Development of Learning Objects for Information Ethics Education Complying with the Context and Information Ethics

Abstract(in English) The necessity for information ethics education should be the need to correct deterioration of the order of the information media environment. This is based on the mentality that the concept of order developed in the print media environment had lost its validity in the information media environment and thus a new concept of order is necessary for the information media environment. In this context, the objects of information ethics education are too unambiguous, and the copyright system linked with information ethics has not yet been legislated despite vociferous request for a new legislative process for the information media environment. If there existed the assumed deterioration of the order in the information media environment, diversity of information ethics education and the copyright system for the information media environment could have existed. This paper will go through the context of information ethics education and development of learning objects for information ethics education based on the context.
