| 抄録(和) | 筆者は情報科教育法における「情報モラル」という概念の在り方について議論を重ねてきた。本来のモラルの存在は初等教育で重視されるべきである一方、情報機器を使用する上で気を付けなければならないのは、応用倫理的な情報倫理や、経済的・法的な弱者になることを回避するために技術的・制度的に考える情報危機管理である。結果としていわゆる「情報モラル」と呼ぶにふさわしい内容は存在しないと結論付けるに至った。にもかかわらず、高等学校では「情報モラル」と呼ばれる領域が存在している。本発表では、現状の指導要領と「情報科」の教員要請課程が直面する問題点について、大学で教員養成に関わる筆者の分析について述べる。 |
| 抄録(英) | December 2008, the draft of new curriculum guideline for Japanese high schools was announced by the ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japanese government. In this draft, you can find many occurrences of "information moral" although the term of "computer ethics" is not appeared. Computer ethics is regarded as a research area while "information moral" is not regarded as a research area. I suspect that many Japanese teachers of K12 schools confuse computer ethics with information moral. The reason must be found in the course of school education staff of Japanese universities. In this report, I describe the method of teaching on computer ethics and computer risk management for high school educational subject "information studies." |
